Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

USA DELIVERY:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 and shipping on orders under $100 fees vary depending on location.
  • We ship using USPS. May also use Fedex or UPS if more convenient.
  • It generally takes 3-5 business days for an order to ship then 3-7 business days once shipped for your order to deliver. 
  • You’ll get an email with the tracking number once your order is processed and shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: 

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

Things to note:

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses ship using the US delivery method. Select the United States as the country then Armed Forces Americas/Europe/Pacific as the region.  Information on how to properly address these orders can be found here
  • We only ship out on week days, no weekends or holidays.
  • Please be sure you check that you have entered the correct address. We are not able to change your delivery address once an order has been shipped.
  • We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

RETURNS POLICY

If we make a mistake, please give us a chance to make it right!

Return Checklist :

–  My items are unused and in their original packaging

–  Contacted NOLA Creative Kids for any purchase or shipping related question

–   Please include the packing slip (when applicable) and a brief written reason for the return

–  Drop off the package at my local post office

What is the refund process?

  • Please contact with any refund questions. 
  • We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Restocking fee may be charged. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 3 business days. We do not process returns on the weekends or holidays.
  • After our team has checked out your items you’ll receive an email confirming the refund to the original method of payment.
  • It can take up to 10 business days for a refund to post to your account.

Things to note:

  • Gift Cards, personalized items, items marked “final sale”,  and Downloadable Software Products can’t be returned for a refund.
  • We cannot accept returns from international orders. Please reach out to us with any questions you may have at info@nolacreativekids.com before placing an international order. 
  • Items bought in-person can be returned by mail. Online purchases must be sent to the address listed below or email us for a free return label: 1527 Gause Blvd, Suite 12, Slidell, LA 70458

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If your order arrived incomplete, contained damaged products, or didn’t show up, we’re here to help! Please contact us via email at info@nolacreativekids.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged item.
